In my case, I happened to have a COVID test still around.
This is a really annoying virus. I am still struggling badly. You never get a high fever, but the symptoms float around and you keep having a low fever through the whole process. Wednesday my body was hurting, yesterday my throat started to hurt and today I can barely speak. Still feeling very week, and my body feels very hot. My cough today is so bad that I'm struggling even to release mucus through my throat.
500mg paracetamol every 4 to 6 hours makes it manageable, and I'm actually able to do some workout throughout the day.
This will easily knock out elderly people, make no doubt about that.
My old man (76yr old) took the vacine this year (flu+covid) and he had a way milder COVID experience than I am having.
