They played well without CR7, much better than with him. I really don't understand why a manager will put up with this behaviour. I think the general public at home i Portugal will not disagree, or am I wrong?
Dude... I said some posts ago that a famous actor was in live TV yesterday saying he'd rather have lost with Switzerland, only if Ronaldo had played. This is the level of insanity we've reached.
There is a huge amount of people - many actors, journalists amongst them, with ulterior motive$ of cour$e - that really do not give a fuck about football whatsoever (your typical World Cup fan), but will go out of their way to defend Ronaldo because of a matter of "gratitude". I am 100% sure that these people will keep this position even if Portugal wins the World Cup.
Also, I don't think he should be expelled. He needs to understand that he's 37. He can't be in the starting XI. He can still be a super-sub and a leader from the bench.
