Palace fans here.
I know there were a few PSV fans who wanted to watch the International Cup final last year, but it was not broadcast due to restrictions by the organizers.
This year for the final on 15/05 those restrictions have been lifted and Palace are broadcasting the game on their channel on PalaceTV. I'm not sure if PSV have a similar kind of thing but if not then the link is here: https://www.cpfc.co.uk/palace-tv/
Also well done to the 98 PSV fans who have bought tickets in the away end so far! (I think some of those are family of players though)
PSV have a great youth team so should be a tough game, Palace U21s have struggled this year so should be an easier game for you in theory.
