How do you see your squad this year, beter than last year, same, or less?
A lot of new faces in attack. We've seen a massive overhaul in that area and it's hard to really tell how they'll all perform together currently.

I think we have better quality in midfield than what we did when we played each other last season. Cantwell is quite ok, but Nico Raskin is one to watch, I think he's really growing as a player and we'll have trouble hanging onto him for the long term.

Defense isn't the best, either. I think we needed some improvement in this area but we haven't signed the quality we need there. Although, we signed a decent keeper in Jack Butland.

How is PSV looking?

The squad is almost the same compared to last year. Gakpo left, his replacement should be Noa Lang. Gakpo wasn't performing well in the two matches against Rangers last year so if Noa is able to play then the attack is better than last year.
Midlfield and defence is alsmost the same, only the left back was Max and now it's van Aanholt, but that doesn't change a lot.

The biggest change is the coach who has differtent ideas about how to play.

They have a real shitty coach, should be no problem for you.
This guy is what we in the Netherlands call 'een dorpsgek', the fool of the village.

Gakpo seems like a big loss, he is doing okay for Liverpool it seems.

Likewise, we have a new coach with different ideas. He was formally assistant manager to Gerrard when he was with us, and Beale was considered the 'brains' behind it all. Jury of course, is still out; we did afterall lose our opening match of the season away to Kilmarnock which was very disappointing.

I think we were fortunate to beat you last time. Not sure we can repeat that feat this time!

In total it's a big loss that Gakpo left, but as i said, in the two matches againts Rangers he was underperforming. Also Xavi Simons left this summer, but he only played one half against you guys so that's why i didn't mention hem.

Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again.

:)
The chances seem more or less fifty-fifty, I think.
Both teams could win these play-offs if you look at their strong and weak points.
From a historical point of view I'm afraid the odds are in your favour.

Rangers eliminated us three times and we were only once succesful in the former four double clashes.
One PSV victory in eight matches is something to be ashamed of.
So our hope is only based on the expression "it's all in the game", I guess. :)

Gakpo I felt had a lot of hype but when he played us did nout. Was surprised Simons didnt start, granted bit of bias since we were linked with him prior. When he came on looked your best player from what I can mind, surely yous made a bit of coin of him leaving. Any new players to look out for?

4-2-0 in the CL...

Gives me no comfort, our defense is shit, front line brand new and still gelling, pish so far. Yous seem to be doing well just now, though no idea what Strum Graz are like. Yous are comfortably the favourites, probably for the first time in our matchups. But as you all know we can be annoying cunts. Roll on Tuesday.

Noa Lang, but it´s not clear if he will play.

I think that the pressure of having to be the big man was too much for Gakpo in those two games. All eyes and hopes on him, and he failed.

Lang (if playing) is someone with qualities. Is able to create something, and is able to score.
Veerman and Bakayoko are better than last year, Sangare and De Jong are players who belong in the CL.
Our defense….rock solid!! The forward’s nightmare! Each of them could easily play in a CL-final!!
Oh wait, it is 2023, not 2005….nah, not so impressive.

Nivo haalt echter geen back-up
